This Privacy Policy describes how GOLDIE CITY LLC("GoldPocket", "we", "us", or "our"), a limited liability company registered in Wyoming, United States, collects, uses, and shares information when you use the GoldPocket wallet applications, browser extension, bot integrations, websites, and related services (collectively, the "Services").

GoldPocket is a non-custodial wallet. We do not hold your digital assets, and we never have access to your private keys, seed phrases, or passwords. We are built to collect as little personal information as possible.

1. Information We Do Not Collect

Because GoldPocket is non-custodial, we never collect or store:

• Your private keys or seed (recovery) phrases
• Your wallet passwords or biometric data (these stay on your device)
• Custody of your digital assets — your funds are always controlled by you on-chain

We cannot move your funds, freeze your wallet, or recover your seed phrase. Anyone claiming otherwise on our behalf is attempting to scam you.

2. Information We Collect

Information you provide to us

• Support requests. When you contact support@goldpocket.io, we receive your email address and any information you choose to include.
• Social profile.If you use GoldPocket's social features, we collect the username, display name, avatar, and content you choose to create or share. Content you post through social features may be visible to other users.
• AI agent interactions. Prompts and questions you send to the built-in AI assistant are processed to generate responses and improve service quality. Do not include private keys or seed phrases in AI conversations.

Information collected automatically

• Usage and diagnostics data. Basic app interaction events, crash reports, performance data, device type, operating system, app version, and preferred language.
• IP address. Our servers and infrastructure providers may temporarily process your IP address to deliver the Services, prevent abuse, and comply with law.
• Cookies and similar technologies. Our website uses cookies solely to collect anonymous visit and usage statistics that help us improve the Services. We do not use cookies for advertising or to collect personal information, and you can decline analytics cookies through the consent banner shown on your first visit.

Public blockchain data

Blockchain networks are public. Wallet addresses, balances, and transactions are publicly visible on-chain and are not controlled by us. When you use the Services, we may read public blockchain data associated with your addresses in order to display your balances and activity.

• Display your assets, transactions, and social content
• Provide AI-assisted explanations, insights, and risk warnings
• Respond to support requests
• Detect, prevent, and address fraud, abuse, and security issues
• Comply with applicable legal obligations

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not use it for third-party advertising.

4. How We Share Information

• Service providers. We use third-party providers for infrastructure, analytics, crash reporting, and AI processing. They may process data only on our behalf and under contractual obligations.
• Third-party protocols and dApps. GoldPocket is an aggregation wallet: when you interact with third-party protocols, decentralized applications, RPC nodes, or swap providers through the Services, those parties receive the on-chain data necessary to process your requests. Their privacy practices are their own — review their policies.
• Legal requirements. We may disclose information if required by law, subpoena, or to protect our rights, users, or the public.
• Business transfers. In connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, information may be transferred as part of the transaction.

5. Third-Party Services

The Services allow you to connect to decentralized applications, token swap aggregators, bridges, and other third-party services. We do not control and are not responsible for the privacy practices of these third parties. GoldPocket does not offer fiat currency on-ramp or off-ramp services, and we do not integrate payment processors that collect your financial or identity information on our behalf.

6. Data Retention

We retain personal information only as long as necessary for the purposes described in this policy, to comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce agreements. Support correspondence and diagnostics data are kept for limited periods and then deleted or anonymized.

7. Security

We use technical and organizational measures appropriate to the risk to protect the information we process. However, no system is completely secure. You are responsible for safeguarding your device, your seed phrase, and your credentials. Anyone with your seed phrase controls your assets — if it is ever exposed, the resulting loss is permanent, and no one (including GoldPocket) can reverse blockchain transactions or recover stolen funds.

8. Your Rights and Choices

Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or port your personal information, and to object to or restrict certain processing. To exercise these rights, contact us at support@goldpocket.io. We will respond as required by applicable law. Note that we cannot delete data recorded on public blockchains, which we do not control.

9. Children

The Services are not directed to individuals under 18, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided us personal information, contact us and we will delete it.

10. International Users

We are based in the United States. If you use the Services from outside the U.S., you understand that your information may be processed in the United States and other jurisdictions that may have different data protection laws than your own.

11. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will post the updated version with a revised "Last updated" date and, where appropriate, provide additional notice. Continued use of the Services after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
