What is GoldPocket?

GoldPocket is a non-custodial aggregation wallet, available as an iOS and Android app, a browser extension, and bot versions. It combines a simple wallet experience with a built-in AI agent and social features. You hold your own keys — we never have access to your funds.

I lost my seed phrase. Can you recover my wallet?

No. GoldPocket is non-custodial: your seed phrase is generated and stored only on your device. We have no copy and no way to recover it. This is what keeps your wallet trustless and secure — please back up your seed phrase offline in a safe place.

I was phished / my seed phrase was stolen. Can you get my assets back?

No, and unfortunately no one can. Blockchain transactions are irreversible — once someone with your seed phrase or private keys moves your assets, the loss is permanent. GoldPocket has no ability to freeze wallets, reverse transactions, or recover stolen funds. If you believe your seed phrase may be exposed but your assets have not yet been taken, immediately create a new wallet with a freshly generated seed phrase and transfer your assets to it.

Can I buy crypto with a credit card or bank transfer in GoldPocket?

No. GoldPocket does not provide fiat on-ramp or off-ramp services. You cannot buy digital assets with fiat currency or cash out to a bank account through the app. You can receive assets from another wallet or exchange, and manage, swap, and use them on-chain from GoldPocket.

What does the AI agent do?

The AI agent explains transactions in plain language before you sign, summarizes your activity, answers questions, and flags suspicious or risky interactions. It is an assistant, not a financial advisor — always review transactions yourself before approving.

What are the social features?

You can create a profile, connect with friends, send assets to people by name instead of long addresses, and share and learn with the community. You control what you share — social features are optional.

Why did my transaction fail?

Common causes include insufficient network (gas) fees, network congestion, slippage on swaps, or interacting with a contract that rejected the transaction. Failed transactions may still consume network fees, which are charged by the blockchain, not by GoldPocket. Try again with updated fee settings, or contact support with the transaction hash.

Does GoldPocket charge fees?

Network (gas) fees go to blockchain validators, not to us. Third-party protocols may charge their own fees. If GoldPocket charges a service fee on any feature, it is always shown in the interface before you confirm.

Which networks and tokens are supported?

GoldPocket is an aggregation wallet designed to support major blockchain networks and the tokens on them, with more added over time. If a network or token you need is missing, let us know at support@goldpocket.io.
